ATTENTION BCBS PPO PATIENTS

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

We want to inform you that, effective January 1, 2026, our office will no longer be an in-network provider with the PPO portion of Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS). This change applies only to PPO plans and does not affect all BCBS policies.

What This Means for You

  • Most patients will not see an impact on their benefits.
  • If you have a BCBS PPO plan, you may still use your benefits at our office, but they will be applied at out-of-network rates.
  • This may result in a slight increase in your out-of-pocket costs for certain services.

Our team will gladly assist with claim submissions and provide coverage estimates upon request.

Insurance

If your insurance covers dental treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
